My stay at Mercure Sao Paulo Pinheiros was mixed at best. While the pool and gym were enjoyable amenities, I experienced several issues with maintenance and cleanliness in my room. The staff were friendly, but they struggled with problem-solving. Overall, I would think twice before recommending this hotel, especially given the cleaning and comfort issues I encountered.
